A Different Medium, A Different Canvas.

The sound of metal clanking. It gets louder, and louder.
you look up, its not the tin-man, its not C-3PO, and its DEFINITELY NOT R2D2's squeaky self.
no, its the robot from Rocky IV.

But really, at least in this instance, that sound of metal was not coming from a freaky 1980's robot that greets you happy birthday. That sound of the metal clanking was coming from this vehicle. The sound of metal clanking was somewhat mystical. This is art on wheels. Street art of a different kind. but who am I to categorize?

lets see danny zuko get automatic, systematic, and hydromatic next to this badass vehicle.

Fall has arrived

Since my last post (before my previous post) it was barely fall. Now, the leaves have started to change colors. Fort Tryon Park in the fall and winter is one of the hidden treasures of Manhattan. It is the part of the city where the only bright light comes from the sun and where there is no traffic.

Where else in the city will you find a place where trees are higher than buildings (nowhere because these trees are on the
highest natural point of manhattan...true story)

Medieval DRAMA

these things are so staged- the 30 minutes of talking and "insulting" that is, not the 2 seconds of jousting.
IF that is how jousting really used to be, then what is the meaning of life?
